Privacy notice
Last updated 14 September 2026
Alair Pipeline is an internal tool operated by Chapter Two LLC, doing business as Alair Kirkland. It is not a consumer service and has no public sign-up. This notice explains what it holds and what is done with it.
Mobile numbers
Mobile telephone numbers are collected for one purpose: sending six-digit codes used to sign in.
No mobile information is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with anyone for their own purposes.
Numbers are passed to our messaging provider solely so that the sign-in code can be delivered, and are held in our database so that the right person can be recognised at sign-in. Nothing else is done with them.
What is held
- About staff: name, work mobile number, work email address, which office they belong to, and their role.
- Entered by staff: details of the company's own leads and building projects — including names, contact details and addresses of prospective clients, budgets, and notes written by staff.
- Automatically: a record of who changed what and when, so that the history of a project is reliable.
Why
To run the company's own sales process, and to let the right employees — and only those employees — sign in and see their own office's work.
Who it is shared with
Nobody, other than the service providers needed to run the tool, and only so that they can provide it:
- Twilio — delivers the sign-in text messages.
- Supabase — hosts the database and handles sign-in.
- Vercel — hosts the website.
Information is not sold. It is not given to advertisers or data brokers. It is not used to market anything to anyone.
How long it is kept
Project records are kept for as long as they are useful to the business, since a lead may return years later. A staff member's own details are removed when they leave, except where their name remains attached to work they did, which stays so that the record of a project is not falsified after the fact.
Security
Signing in requires a code sent to a mobile number already on the staff list; there are no passwords to guess or leak. Access is limited by the database itself, so a member of staff can only reach their own office's records regardless of how they ask.
Requests and questions
