Who this is for
Alair Pipeline is an internal business tool operated by Chapter Two LLC, doing business as Alair Kirkland, an independently owned and operated Alair Homes franchisee. Access is granted to employees by a company administrator. It is not offered to the public, and there is no way to create an account without an administrator adding you.
Acceptable use
Accounts are personal. Sign-in codes are not to be shared, and the information in the tool — client details, budgets and notes — is confidential business information, to be used only for company work and not taken elsewhere.
Text messages
One-time passcodes used to sign in to an internal tool. A message is only ever sent in response to somebody asking for a code on the sign-in page.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies: only when a sign-in code is requested — typically a few times a month per person. Reply HELP for help or write to stacy.eakman@alairhomes.com. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages; because they are sign-in codes, this also ends the ability to sign in.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How mobile numbers are handled is set out in the privacy notice.
Availability
The tool is provided as-is for internal use. It may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn at any time, and no warranty is given as to availability or fitness for any particular purpose.
Ending access
Access may be withdrawn at any time, and is withdrawn when somebody leaves the company.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
